THE REALITY OF CHRIST IN YOU

I recorded this at 5:30 AM yesterday, with my croaky morning voice.
But God… put something in my soul that I knew I had to share.

Why do we think God is “way out there”? Because that is how He has been depicted in art for thousands of years. The old, white-bearded man, sitting on a throne, who is usually looking upset. And that image carries right through to most of our Sunday schools.

Images are very powerful. It takes effort to realize God IS actually closer than your very breath.

To embrace that God is Love, Grace, and Mercy; He around us and is in us.
I hope this blesses you, too.

I really DIG Melchizedek because he is an enigma, a very mysterious man in the Bible. He only gets a paragraph, three verses, out of 14 Chapters on Abraham, and yet he is super important. 

He prophetically prefigured Christ 2,000 years before he came to Earth, as our ultimate High Priest and King, as mentioned in both Psalms and Hebrews.
